About Shane

My name is Shane Stevens I am proudly with RE/MAX Heritage. I have built my business by treating my clients with the highest level of customer service that I can! I am a relationship based realtor and keep in touch with my clients long after Closing Day! Most of my business has been built through my Friends, Family, and Past Clients referring me to their Friends and Family! I have been fortunate to be in the business for almost 9 Years all with RE/MAX! I have Sold Homes all over the Kansas City area and am licensed in Kansas as well. I work all over Jackson, Cass, Clay, Lafayette, and other surrounding counties. I am Full Time so I make myself available to my clients. I try to make the process of Selling a Home or Buying a Home as simple as possible! On my Listings you can always expect Professional Photography, an Open House, and top notch Marketing! That's my job is to get as many eyeballs as possible on your home! When working with a Buyer I have great partnerships with Lenders and Inspectors to make sure you're in great hands every step of the way! I love what I do and try to continue to learn as much as possible to be the best Realtor that I can be!

I have been fortunate enough to Win a RE/MAX Award every year since starting my Real Estate Business! I also have won other Awards. In 2020 and 2021 I Won the Excellence in Client Service Award from Homesnap based on my Reviews and production. I most recently was Featured in the April 2023 Issue of Real Producers. This publication highlights the Top Teams and Agents in the Kansas City Area. I will be Featured once again by them in November in their 40 Under 40 Issue. Highlighting 40 of the Top 40 Agents under the Age of 40 in Kansas City. Without the support of my Clients, Friends, and Family none of these Awards would be possible.

In my personal life I am married and have Identical Twin 9 Year Old Sons! These boys and my wife are my Why! I also am a Huge KC Royals and KC Chiefs Fan!
